When the Colonial Pipeline's 14th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 11.5 RVP V-grade (premium 93 unleaded) and the 11.5 RVP S-grade (Atlanta CBOB 87) and begin assessing 9.0 RVP V-grade and S-grade instead.
The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about February 28, 2012.
These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
