USGC H-grade shifting to 7.0 RVP

When the Colonial Pipeline's 15th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 11.5 RVP H-grade (Premium RBOB) and begin assessing 7.0 RVP H-grade instead.

The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about March 3, 2012.
