When the Colonial Pipeline's 15th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 11.5 RVP M-grade (conventional 87 unleaded) and A-grade (CBOB 87) and begin assessing 9.0 RVP A-grade and M-grade instead.
The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about March 3, 2012.
These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
