SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC 93-octane, premium CBOB shift to 9 RVP March 2

Please note that the Platts US Gulf Coast 93-octane (V) and premium CBOB (D) gasoline assessments will reflect 9 RVP on or about March 2, 2017, with the beginning of scheduling gasoline for Colonial Pipeline's 14th shipping cycle.

This date reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline. Transitions for other grades to 9 RVP on other dates will be addressed in separate subscriber notes.
