(change in first sentence from winter to summer) Effective March 7, Platts will start reflecting French summer grades of ultra low sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its CIF NWE ULSD assessment (basis Amsterdam) and CIF Mediterranean assessment (basis Lavera). Winter spec will be given a progressively lighter weighting up to March 24. A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available on request. The following calendar applies: March 7 -- First day of reflecting French summer; March 11 -- First full five day period for summer indications; March 17 -- Last full five day period for winter indications; March 21 -- Last day of reflecting French winter; March 24 -- Fully summer.
