SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Winter-summer change in FOB AR gasoline barges

Effective March 17, 2016, Platts will start reflecting summer grades of gasoline on a pro-rated basis in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam barge markets.

March 21 will be the first day on which summer gasoline can be bid or offered, and also the last day on which winter can be bid or offered. The last day on which winter will be reflected in the assessment will be March 24.
