Subscriber note: Platts to launch Dubai, WTI swaps at London close

Effective March 1, Platts will launch Dubai and WTI outright crude swap assessments, Brent-Dubai ESS (Exchange of Swaps for Swaps) assessments and Dubai, Brent and WTI crude inter-month time spreads, published to reflect value at 16:30 London time. These assessments will complete the suite of Platts coverage of all Dubai, Brent and WTI crude swap assessments for the three main pricing regions of Singapore, London and Houston. Dubai and WTI outright swap assessments and all time-spreads will be published to incorporate 36 calendar months, including 12 quarters and three years, mirroring the same granularity shared by Platts? 16:30 London time Brent frontline outright and WTI/Brent differential swap assessments.
