SUBSCRIBER NOTE CLARIFICATION: Weekly IE Singapore data to be published early

(Clarifies release timing, import/export data) Platts has been notified that the weekly Singapore oil trade data distributed by International Enterprise Singapore for February 12-18 will not be published. Instead, Singapore's weekly oil industry stock level for February 12-16 will be released on Tuesday. In addition, Tuesday data will not reflect oil imports and exports to and from the city-state.
