Correction: NWE raffinate-1 price November 18

Due to a data entry error, an incorrect price was issued for the NWE Raffinate-1 price assessment November 18, 2011.

Using an assessed factor of 1.23 CIF and a European open spec naphtha assessment of $840.50/mt CIF NWE, the correct assessment should be $1,033-1,035/mt CIF NWE.
