Los Angeles RVP change, effective February 22

Platts Los Angeles conventional 84 and 91 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 10 RVP, effective February 22, 2011, and 9 RVP effective March 24, 2011.

The changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by Kinder Morgan's pipeline system.
