European barge gasoline eWindow parameters

Platts proposes adjusting time parameters for bids and offers electronically entered in the eWindow for the European barge gasoline Market-On-Close process.

From February 15, Platts is changing the current cut-off for registering barge gasoline market-making interest to 16:10 London time, replacing the current standard of 16:00 London time. If no bids or offers have been entered by a trader by 16:10:00, they will be able to lift offers or hit bids but not make markets during that day's process.

Platts is also changing the incrementability timings for improving bids/offers to 15 seconds from the current 30 seconds, enhancing traders' ability to adjust their indications more efficiently.

Furthermore, Platts will reduce the time in which a trader can repeat a bid or an offer after being hit/lifted to 15 seconds from 30 seconds. Platts will also accept price changes on barges in such MOCs until the close at 16:30 London time, replacing the current 16:29 cut off London time standard.
