Chicago gasoline RVP shift effective February 25

Beginning February 25, 2010, Platts' CBOB, RBOB and PBOB gasoline assessments for the Chicago market will reflect 11.5 RVP.

The change is part of a seasonal shift in vapor pressure specifications.
