Starlite Capital Limited has advised S&P Global Platts it would like to participate in the Asian Platts Market on Close assessment process for mogas paper.

Platts has reviewed Starlite Capital Limited and will consider information from Starlite Capital Limited in the Asian assessment process for mogas paper subject at all times to adherence to Platts editorial standards.
