Correction: ARA and UK ULSD cargo for February 15

Effective February 15 the incorrect Northwest Eruopean 10 ppm FOB & CIF ULSD 10 ppm and CIF Diesel 10 ppm UK cargo assessments were published.

The correct assessments are as follows:
