Group 3 RVP shift to 11.5 effective February 16

Beginning February 16 2012, the Platts conventional unleaded and premium unleaded gasoline assessments for the Group 3 market will reflect 11.5 RVP.

The change is part of a seasonal shift in vapor pressure specifications.
