Chicago RVP shift to 13.5 effective February 25

Beginning February 25, 2012, the Platts conventional unleaded and premium unleaded gasoline assessments for the Chicago market will reflect 13.5 RVP.

The change is part of a seasonal shift in vapor pressure specifications.
