ELEMENT Americas Inc. has advised S&P Global Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts Americas Market on Close assessment process for US Gulf Coast fuel oil - physical.

Platts has reviewed ELEMENT Americas Inc. and will consider information from ELEMENT Americas Inc. in the Americas assessment process for USGC fuel oil, subject at all times to adherence with Platts' editorial standards.

Platts will publish all relevant information from ELEMENT Americas Inc. accordingly.

Platts welcomes all relevant feedback regarding MOC participation. Platts considers bids, offers and transactions by all credible and creditworthy parties in its assessment processes.
