Platts plans to launch a daily US Dollar-Mexican Peso currency assessment to complement its global sugar pricing coverage.
The assessment would be made basis 1415 Houston time, and be used as part of calculations for third-party Zafranet data for sugar prices in Mexico.
These assessments would add to Platts' existing portfolio of currency assessments published to support a range of Platts physical commodity assessments.
