FOB ARA ULSD barge assessments seasonal spec changes

Effective February 14, Platts will start reflecting intermediate grades of 10 ppm sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its 10 ppm barge FOB ARA assessments, with February 18 being the last day on which winter ULSD can be bid or offered.

Winter spec will be given a progressively lighter weighting up to February 24. Effective March 31, Platts proposes to start reflecting summer grades of 10 ppm sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its 10 ppm barge FOB ARA assessments, with April 6 being the last day on which intermediate can be bid or offered.

Intermediate spec will be given a progressively lighter weighting up to April 8.
