USGC D and V grade gasoline shift to 11.5 RVP

When the Colonial Pipeline's 13th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing US Gulf Coast 13.5 RVP D-grade (Premium CBOB) and V-grade (premium unleaded 93) gasoline and begin assessing 11.5 RVP D-grade and V-grade instead.

The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about February 22, 2012.

These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
