When the Colonial Pipeline's 13th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing 13.5 RVP A-grade (CBOB) and M-grade (conventional unleaded 87) gasoline and begin assessing 11.5 RVP A-grade and M-grade instead.
The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about February 22, 2012.
These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
