SUBSCRIBER NOTE CORRECTION: USGC Premium CBOB to shift to 9 RVP March 1

Please note that S&P Global Platts is correcting a subscriber note sent on January 28 for the US Gulf Coast Premium CBOB (D grade) transition to 9 RVP.

The original subscriber note said this RVP change would occur on February 29. The correct date for the change to 9 RVP is March 1, 2019.

This date reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market participants.
