SUBSCRIBER NOTE: March 3 Russian diesel seasonality change PFD and CFD

Effective March 3, 2014 Platts will start reflecting summer grade Diesel 350 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 350 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District and FCA Central Federal District assessments, with summer grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessments. Winter grade will continue to be taken into account until March 31 after which only summer grade will be reflected. A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available upon request.
