Platts proposes to introduce fixed calculation for European chlorine CP

S&P Global Platts is proposing to introduce a fixed calculation for its European chlorine monthly contract price assessment, effective April 7, 2020.

The proposed calculation is: Platts EDC FOB NWE spot in $/mt (PHAQK00) as assessed on the first Tuesday of the month converted to euro multiplied by 0.89 EDC chlorine content minus Eur40/mt assumed production cost.
