SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts backfills prices for 2015 CSAPR allowances

Platts has backfilled prices for the 2015 CSAPR allowances for the dates January 4, 2016, through February 2, 2016. The 2015 CSAPR allowances are relevant through February 29, 2016. The daily assessment prices for the allowances are unaffected.
