Subscriber note: Platts to shift USWC gasoline assessments for RVP changes

As part of the seasonal RVP shift in gasoline, Platts' West Coast assessments will reflect the following RVP specifications, effective immediately: Los Angeles CARBOB and premium CARBOB assessments -- 5.99 RVP; Los Angeles sub-octane gasoline assessments -- 11.5 RVP; San Francisco CARBOB and premium CARBOB assessments -- 12.5 RVP. In addition, Platts will shift to the following RVP specifications effective February 21: San Francisco sub-octane gasoline assessments -- 13.5 RVP.
