S&P Global Platts to change NWE polyethylene minimum/maximum spot volumes

Following industry consultation, S&P Global Platts will amend the minimum and maximum cargo size for FD NWE and FCA Antwerp polyethylene spot assessments, effective March 3, 2021.

Platts will amend the minimum volume to 25 mt and introduce a maximum volume of 100 mt.

The proposed change will affect the following codes:

LDPE: AALUJ00, AAVKB00

LLDPE C4: AALUL00, AALUM00, AAVKA00, AAVKA03, AAQNR00, AAVKA04

LLDPE C6: AAQCY00, AAQCY03

LLDPE Metallocene C6: AAQCZ00, AAQCZ03

HDPE Blow molding: AALUF00, AALUF04, AALUG00, AAVKE00, AAVKE03

HDPE Film: AALUH00, AALUI00, AAVKF00, AAVKF03

HDPE Injection: AALUD00, AALUE00, AAVKD00 AAVKD03
