Effective February 16, Platts will start reflecting German intermediate specification for ultra low sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its FOB Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) barge ULSD assessment. February 24 will be the last day on which winter spec ULSD is assessed.
On March 31, Platts will then begin to reflect German summer spec for the same assessment, with April 9 being the last day on which intermediate spec ULSD is assessed.

The following calendar applies:
February 16 -- First day of reflecting German intermediate February 18 -- First full five-day period for intermediate indications February 19 -- Last full five-day period for winter indications February 25 -- Fully intermediate March 31 -- First day of reflecting German summer April 7 -- First full five-day period for summer indications and last full five-day period for inter indications April 10 -- Fully summer
