Platts expands loading ports for NWE OX, MX

Platts invites industry feedback and written comments on its proposal to expand the loading port basis for its current Northwest Europe orthoxylene and mixed xylene assessments from the current FOB Rotterdam basis to FOB Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (FOB ARA).
