SUBSCRIBER NOTE: US Gulf Coast RBOB, premium RBOB to shift to 7.8 RVP

Please note that the Platts US Gulf Coast RBOB and premium RBOB assessments will reflect 7.8 RVP with the beginning of Colonial Pipeline's 12th shipping cycle, on or about February 19, for premium RBOB and the beginning of the 14th cycle, on or about March 3, for RBOB.

The dates reflect the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline.
