Platts clarifies hydrogen sulfide specification unit for Asia propane assessment

S&P Global Platts would like to clarify that the unit of measurement for hydrogen sulfide content for propane cargoes reflected in its Asian refrigerated LPG assessments should be expressed as parts per million (ppm) of weight, rather than as percentage of volume. There is no change to the actual specification limit.
