As part of S&P Global Platts' journey to digitize the commodity markets and help our customers be better prepared for change, we're making our content more agile by improving the connections across our data and insights.
As a result, we are reducing the amount of effort involved in viewing our alert services' Bids, Offers, Trades, Exclusion (BOTEs) and Rationale Fixed pages by consolidating the data onto fewer pages, standardizing the look and feel, and making footer information more relevant to the source content.
From March 2, 2020, all independent Bids, Offers and Trades (BOT) pages will be consolidated into one page and Exclusions will be added to the Rationales pages for each assessment grouping.
On March 2, 2020, customers may need to change their alerts and templates to reflect this change. To assist customers, a mapping document between the old pages and new pages can be found here (https://www.spglobal.com/platts/en/our-methodology/symbol-page-directories).
In addition, the location of BOTs in the following publications may be impacted. Most BOT content will now be grouped by market/assessment groups:
• Asia-Pacific Arab Gulf Marketscan
• Asian Petrochemicalscan
• Biofuelscan
• Bunkerwire
• Crude Oil Marketwire
• Dirty Tankerwire
• European Marketscan
• Clean Tankerwire
• US Marketscan
Platts Market Data is not impacted as a result of this consolidation.
