SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USAC March gasoline ratables to reflect 13.5 RVP

Please note that the Platts US Atlantic Coast CBOB and RBOB ratable gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP on or around February 1, 2019.

The change is part of a seasonal transition to lower RVPs as the summer approaches.

Around February 1, Platts will begin assessing March ratable assessments for RBOB and CBOB on the Buckeye Pipeline. As with common industry practices, the ratable assessments reflect RBOB or CBOB loading into the Buckeye Pipeline on the 10th, 20th and any portion of a given month.
