SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts delays decision on US West specified power assessments

S&P Global Platts has delayed a decision on new US West region specified electricity assessments until a later date due to disruption in the California power markets as a result of the January 29 bankruptcy filing by PG&E Corp. and its primary operating subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Co..

Platts will revisit the proposal at a later date and will continue to discuss the proposal with market participants and seek feedback.
