The affected points include Carthage Hub; Columbia Gulf, Mainline; Henry Hub; Houston Ship Channel; Katy; NGPL, STX; Southern California Gas; Tennessee, zone 0; Texas Eastern, WLA; Texas Gas, zone 1; Trunkline, zone 1A; Transwestern, Permian; and Waha.
