Subscriber note: Platts to end Med-Singapore 30kt assessment

Platts proposes to discontinue its Mediterranean to Singapore 30kt clean tanker freight assessments. These assessments were originally used to represent a gasoil flow to Asia. The flow of gasoil is now on larger vessels. These rates are published in the Clean Tankerwire and on Platts Global Alert page 558. Platts proposes to discontinue this assessment on August 1, 2012.
