Subscriber note: Platts to end Caribs-Singapore 30kt assessment

Platts proposes to discontinue its Caribbean to Singapore 30kt clean tanker freight lumpsum assessments. These assessments have reflected a flow of products from the Caribbean to Singapore, however this no longer reflects an actively traded flow on this size cargo. These rates are published in the Clean Tankerwire and on Platts Global Alert page 558. Platts proposes to discontinue this assessment on August 1, 2012.
