Subscriber note: Platts to add USGC-UKC 38kt Freight assessment

Platts is proposing to launch a daily 38,000 mt clean freight assessment from USGC-United Kingdom/Continent effective April 1, 2012. This assessment would be published in Platts Clean Tankerwire, Platts Global Alert page 558 and in Platts Dispatch. The price assessment will be published as a worldscale rate and as a USD/mt.
