SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes to amend Asian MTBE MOC cut-off time Platts is proposing to amend the 16:28 (Singapore time) cut-off point for final bids and offers in the Asian MTBE Market on Close assessment process, and accepting changes to bids and offers until 16:29, closing at 16:30 with effect from April 20, 2015. This proposed change would bring Asian MTBE to similar standards as those applied for the Asian 92 RON mogas benchmark. Increments will be maintained at a maximum of $1/mt price move per minute, and a 3-minute extension will be triggered by any price move or a rebid/re-offer in the 1 minute prior to the close of the MOC at 16:30.
