Petchems, biofuels sub notes to be published on PCA 1500

Platts proposes to publish all Petrochemicals and Biofuels subscriber notes directly to page PCA 1500 beginning March 1.

Platts will no longer create an "index page" for subscriber notes, nor will it publish the notes to a carousel of pages found on PCA 1501-1545.
