SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Russian diesel winter to summer seasonality change PFD and CFD

Effective February 15, 2016 Platts will start reflecting summer grade Diesel 10 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 10 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District and FCA Central Federal District assessments, with summer grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessments.

Winter grade will continue to be taken into account until March 15 after which only summer grade will be reflected. A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available upon request.
