Full contractual performance expected on all MOC deals

Platts reflects in its Market on Close price assessment process bids and offers from companies that fully intend to perform on their positions.

Any issues stemming from an inability by either counterparty to perform fully against an MOC position and/or transaction which may include but would not be limited to logistics, timely delivery and quality will be reviewed by Platts.

MOC participants are encouraged to inform Platts when issues of performance arise with deals conducted in the MOC process.
