San Francisco gasoline RVP changes Feb 15

Platts San Francisco conventional unleaded gasoline 84 and premium unleaded 91 will reflect 13.5 RVP on or around February 15.

This change reflects seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Kinder Morgan pipeline system.
