S&P Global Platts is seeking feedback on a proposal to discontinue third party prices for Certified Emission Reduction (CER) and Nasdaq EU Allowance Unit (EUA) effective April 15, 2021.
Due to market conditions CERs have been discontinued from third party data, while Nasdaq EUA prices represent a very small amount of the total market.
All prices to be discontinued are currently published in European Power Daily, PEP0485, PEP0578 and PEP0584 on a daily basis.
Platts is proposing to discontinue the following codes:
