Effective January 12, the netback calculations for FOB Urals assessments will use a Rotterdam port charge of 15 cents/barrel in line with the changes announced by Worldscale.
The previous charge, which was effective since January 4, was 16 cents/b as originally stated by worldscale for 2010.
