SUBSCRIBER NOTE: West Coast RVP changes on or around January 31

Please note the following RVP changes for S&P Global Platts West Coast gasoline assessments, effective on or around January 31, 2017:

Los Angeles CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 5.99 RVP. Los Angeles suboctane and premium suboctane will reflect 11.5 RVP. San Francisco CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 12.5 RVP.

These changes reflect market feedback and seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Kinder Morgan pipeline system.
