SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes changing US MTBE MOC increment to 30 seconds

Effective March 4, 2019, S&P Global Platts proposes to change the timing increment in the MTBE Platts Market on Close assessment process to allow for a maximum of 25-point movements every 30 seconds, from the current 20 seconds.

The change would align incrementability guidelines for US MTBE with guidelines for Asian MTBE and Americas gasoline.

Platts welcomes all feedback and questions on the proposed change through February 8.
