SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to not take price deltas while assessing EU polymer CPs

Effective January 18, S&P Global Platts will no longer take price deltas into consideration for assessing European polymer contract prices. In the absence of any outright contract price information, Platts will take price direction from the more liquid spot market. Platts recognizes that the spot and contract markets are independent markets with different dynamics and that Platts will only take direction from the spot market in the absence of confirmed contract values.
