SUBSCRIBER NOTE: San Francisco suboctane RVP changes effective February 22

San Francisco suboctane and premium suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP effective on or around February 22.

The changes are due to seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by Kinder Morgan's pipeline system.
