SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Portland suboctane RVP changes effective February 15

Portland suboctane and premium suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP on or around February 15.

The changes are due to seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by BP's Olympic pipeline system.
